simple technique to manage and reduce maths fear/phobia in students

Dear students and my dear friends
 it is noticed that, most of the students have some maths fear and phobia. This fear and phobia blocks the normal working pf the brain .
 Here are some basic techniques which may reduce the fear . Nevertheless, hard work and experts help is required to get through the maths papers
1)  First decide which subject to like to study , and are comfortable and proficient
2) If you do not find any such subject, find a book, novel,sci-fiction  book,  which you like and which even thrills you
3)Put both books ie maths and the one you like side by side
4) Look at maths book for some time  and close your eyes
5) Visualize you reading the book of your interest ,instead of maths book.
6) Do this several times before you start your maths session
7) Each time you visualize by closing the eyes, clinch your right fist tightly
8) Keep doing this everyday for more than a month
  After several days , you will notice that, if you have maths book or problem in front of you, by just closing your eyes and clinching the right fist ,will soothe your emotions ( though the other book is not there)
 Idea of to replace the maths related negative emotions in subconscious mind with positive emotion of reading a book of your interest and choice

This will take couple of months but it works

 Our subconscious mind respond to repeated clear instructions, without verifying the  truth or false ness
  This is the basis of TV advertsenent
They keep on bombarding same thing continuously and loudly in to your mind that,you start feeling it correct

Hve you ever noticed ,why the sound level(volume ) of your TV,suddenly increase ,when advt comes?

Keep feeding good things ,continuously in your mind and see the difference after about 2-3 months

SO students, LOVE MATHS,LOVE LIFE
